The fourth house is also the house of our childhood and our parents childhood and so-on. It represents the circle of life and size. Posted: February 8, 2015

At work, one often hears managers dealing with their teams, ” you’re incapable of completing the smallest project; we’ll give it to another manager to complete it.” In personal relationships, ” if you loved me, or understood me – you would not be like this.” With our children,” why can’t you perform better, get better grades, be better behaved etc. make us proud.” Shaming causes life long scars irrespective of the age we are at. My New Work Place

Hmmmm So what do you think? I heard a hint of irritation in the voice I was recently reading for. Do you think the new place will work for me? Will I be able to do my work effectively? Will my collegues appreciate me? How soon will I get promoted? I was reading for a very successful corporate executive who was in the process of serving his notice period and joining another company. He had not left on a very good note and I could sense had not our common friend pushed him for this reading he would not have come. In fact he had (like a lot of corporate first timers) told me on meeting that he didnt know what the hell was he doing here.

Some times there’s some unfinished business with certain relationships – where instead of sorting things at the core we get impatient and move on – another job another relationship. Trying to fit in the picture “frame” we have created in our heads. Sadly, a lot of times, sufficient time is not given to sort things out – specially in the corporate world to re align people as per fitment into another roles. They are often labeled as “incompetent” or non achievers and either made to quit or given a role which makes them non productive. The end results go deeper. The “non – performer” is judged by the last job done and carries the cross for the rest of his career.

Love and Deception

He finally met a rather lovely young woman. After meeting a couple of times and figuring since their work was pretty similar – it seemed like a workable situation. He came for a guidance since he had been having sleepless nights and “something he couldn’t put a finger on” feeling was constantly gnawing his insides. I was surprised to see the moon card prominently feature with 7 of wands. On being asked not to rush and wait at least six months. I met him again some months back – still single. It seems the lovely woman had been in another relationship for the last 5 years but because the man she was involved with refused to commit – she chose to get married yet stay involved.

When you encounter the Four of Cups there is a sense that it is time for a re-evaluation of your situation and a need to look deep within your own psyche to find understanding. You need to re-evaluate things. If you are bored or dissatisfied with the status quo, avoid distractions and examine your heart of hearts to gain clarity. “Crying over spilt milk” or saying, “I told you so” is not attractive.
