What if letting go was the most gracious and self-less act of giving?

Many times our thoughts control our emotions irrespective of what the facts are.

One of the reasons is because there is almost always some sort of resistance in play or what you want to let go of would just go gracefully and without struggle.

What if the healing your most intimate relationship, the one with yourself, is really about the letting go of resistance?

What if letting go was the most gracious and self-less act of giving? What if it was the most loving way of healing not only yourself but someone else?

Create a happy story…rather start with a happy thought and let it multiply into a paragraph…a page and the story would flow.

Accept change, embrace it, move fluidly with it. Know that life is an ongoing learning process, and change presents opportunities to grow.

Not let fear grip the mind and freeze the brain. Not get lost in someone else’s story. Make a choice and be happy!!

Teach yourself to separate your small hurts and big hurts…some of us spend most of our time making big things out of small one’s.

Let go…effortlessly…do it for yourself.

Trust yourself to create something new. The harder one hangs on to pain and hurt the longer it takes for the healing.

Have compassion – always-irrespective.

  1. Tarotbyanisha – where do I start? Lady you are not only beautiful but your insights presented with such positivity and candor blow me away each time! Are you married? 😉

Love your posts and I think I am in love as well.

  2. Anisha, Thank you for all the effort you put in to share not just these wonderful insights but also your lovely youtube videos which I follow ardently every month.
You are doing a great job – please dont ever change your style of presenting – it’s the BEST on internet.

  3. Anisha, I love the way you wrote this article. The simplicity – half musing style is so refreashing specially in the Esoteric space. I am your loyal fan from YouTube tarotbyanisha. Love your predictions. I do hope you intend to write more of these types of articles. Thank you!

  4. Superb posting, I share the same views…But I find it hard to apply in my life. Being cheated upon time and time again and then forgiving and then starting again…gracious…very very hard…so I agree in my mind but heart does not allow me..I love your blogs and follow you on youtube fanatically. 🙂

  5. Anisha, love your posts – they always manage to touch a chord. Relate so well to what you write. But you know know at times, being gracious does not pay…letting someone walk away after ruining you…turning your life upside down..cheating you..making your children turn against you…how can you be gracious. I try…but my crying heart wont let me. Keep writing – you have the power to heal many.
